Who I am

I’m Nick Holman, a Systems Engineer working across Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security, networking.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Identity and access
  • Endpoint managements
  • Security operations

What I’m interested in

The areas I’m most interested in right now are:

  • Securing customers data and infrastructure
  • Azure architecture and security
  • Microsoft 365 governance and administration
  • Intune and endpoint security
  • Automation and repeatability
  • Documenting technical projects and lessons learned
  • Building stronger fundamentals in security engineering

Why this site exists

I wanted a place to document projects in a way that is:

  • More structured than scattered and speratic notes
  • More reflective than a code-only repository
  • More useful than a static resume

This site is part portfolio, part lab notebook, and part technical journal.
